VISITING CALYX

Do I need to be 21+ to enter?

Yes. Guests must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID.

What forms of ID are accepted?

We accept:

  • Driver’s licenses

  • State-issued identification cards

  • Passports

  • Military IDs

We cannot accept expired IDs, temporary paper IDs, or photocopies.

Where is Calyx located?

Calyx is located at 307 Main Street in downtown Great Barrington, Massachusetts, in the heart of the Berkshires cultural district.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. Free street parking and public parking lots are located throughout downtown Great Barrington, all within a short walk to Calyx.

What are your hours?

Monday – Saturday: 9am – 8pm
Sunday: 10am – 5pm

Can I visit if I’m from out of state?

Yes. Any guest 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID may purchase within Massachusetts state limits.

What products does Calyx carry?

I’m new to cannabis. Can someone help me choose?

Absolutely. Education is central to the Calyx experience. Our team is happy to guide you based on how you want to feel, your comfort level, and preferred consumption method.

Do you carry CBD products?

Yes. We offer a curated selection of CBD tinctures, topicals, wellness products, and other non-intoxicating options designed for balance, recovery, and everyday rituals.

What’s the difference between flower, edibles, tinctures, and vapes?

  • Flower is inhaled cannabis in its natural form.

  • Edibles are consumed and tend to last longer.

  • Tinctures are liquid extracts designed for measured dosing.

  • Vaporizers provide inhalation without combustion.

  • Our team can help guide you toward the option that best fits your goals and comfort level.

What if I don’t know where to start?

That’s completely okay. Many Calyx guests are canna-curious or returning to cannabis after many years. We encourage starting low, going slow, and asking questions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, debit cards, and Dutchie Pay by Bank for recreational cannabis purchases.

Do you accept debit cards?

Yes. Debit card transactions are available in-store for guest convenience.

What is Dutchie Pay by Bank?

Dutchie Pay by Bank is a secure digital payment option that allows guests to connect their bank account for cannabis purchases. It offers a cashless checkout experience directly through the Dutchie platform.

Is there an ATM onsite?

Yes. An ATM is available inside the dispensary for guest convenience.

Do you accept credit cards?

No. Due to current federal banking regulations, credit cards are not accepted for cannabis purchases at this time.

Can I use Dutchie Pay for online preorders?

Yes. Eligible guests may use Dutchie Pay by Bank during the online preorder process for a more seamless pickup experience.
